  1. Lead and oversee the risk management process for financial services clients, ensuring that all risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.
  2. Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  3. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability for clients' businesses.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide sound risk management advice to clients.

  6. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and potential areas of risk for clients, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their development as risk management professionals.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within EY to provide a holistic approach to risk management for clients.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on risk management findings and recommendations for clients, utilizing strong communication skills to clearly convey complex information.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes and procedures to ensure they align with industry standards and meet the evolving needs of clients.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on risk management, providing thought leadership and contributing to the development of EY's risk management services.
  12. Uphold EY's reputation for delivering exceptional client service, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Risk Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Colleagues.
