1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives for clients in line with their business goals and objectives.
2. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities.
3. Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of clients' sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and recommendations for clients.
5. Create and deliver comprehensive sustainability reports and presentations for clients.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability.
7. Manage and mentor a team of consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
9. Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing and client meetings.
10. Represent EY Türkiye at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand and network with potential clients.
11. Ensure compliance with EY's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
12. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of sustainability services and processes.
