  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications strategy to enhance the brand and reputation of Ernst & Young globally.
  2. Collaborate with top-level executives and cross-functional teams to create innovative communication plans and initiatives.
  3. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to ensure effective and timely execution of external communication activities.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all external communication efforts, including media relations, crisis communication, and thought leadership.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  6. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership placements.
  7. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for proactive communication.
  8. Develop and maintain messaging and talking points to ensure consistent and effective communication across all external channels.
  9. Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other collateral materials.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all communication channels.
  11. Serve as a spokesperson for Ernst & Young, representing the company in media interviews and at industry events.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in external communications to continuously improve and evolve the company's communication strategy.
  13. Manage external communication budget and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  14. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the external communications team.
  15. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Job Qualifications

They Should Have Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans That Align With The Firm's Overall Objectives.
