CPA or CA certification is also preferred. - Lead and manage a portfolio of external audit engagements for a diverse range of clients across various industries.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and deliver high-quality work in accordance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing valuable insights to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Oversee and manage a team of auditors, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement audit plans and strategies, ensuring that they are in line with the client's objectives and risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues or areas for improvement in clients' financial processes and controls.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in auditing regulations, and new technologies to continuously improve audit procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments within EY, such as tax and advisory, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Mentor and train junior team members, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
Cpa (Certified Public Accountant) Or Equivalent Certification.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In External Audit, Preferably In A Big Four Accounting Firm.
Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Auditing Standards, Including Gaap And Ifrs.
