  1. Lead the implementation and management of enterprise resource planning systems for the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of ERP systems to drive business growth and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful integration of ERP systems.
  4. Manage the day-to-day operations of ERP systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for ERP processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP technology to continuously improve and enhance the organization's systems.
  8. Train and support end-users on the effective use of ERP systems to maximize their potential and ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  9. Lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns related to ERP systems.
  11. Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies and procedures in all aspects of ERP system management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on ERP systems and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to ERP systems to ensure the security and integrity of organizational data.
  14. Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and tools related to ERP systems.
  15. Embody the values and culture of the organization and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Erp Systems, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Erp Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Various Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships.
