Defined Contribution Retirement Specialist

Ernst & Young is seeking an experienced, motivated Defined Contribution Retirement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in developing and maintaining our retirement plans, and provide guidance to our financial advisors and clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the complexities of retirement plan design and implementation, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field • At least three years of experience in 401(k) plan design, implementation, and administration • Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) or Certified 401(k) Professional (CKP) designation preferred• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
