11. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
12. Represent the company and its data capabilities at conferences, events, and client meetings.
13. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their technical and leadership skills.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in data management and engineering.
