  • Extensive Experience In Data Architecture And Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Data Architecture And Engineering, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Complex Data Solutions.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Possess A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Various Data Management And Analytics Tools Such As Sql, Hadoop, And Cloud-Based Platforms Like Aws Or Azure.

  • Leadership And Project Management: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Have A Proven Ability To Lead Large-Scale Data Projects From Conception To Implementation.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving: The Role Requires A Strategic Thinker Who Can Identify Business Challenges And Design Data Solutions To Address Them. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Solve Complex Problems Efficiently.
