1. Design and develop technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O) technology.
2. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand client requirements and design appropriate solutions.
3. Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical design documents and system architecture diagrams.
5. Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.
7. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O updates and releases and provide recommendations for incorporating new features and functionalities into existing projects.
8. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
9. Provide technical training and mentoring to junior team members.
10. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the agreed timeline and budget.
11. Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
12. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical expertise in client meetings.
13. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and share knowledge with the team.
14. Adhere to EY's quality standards and processes while delivering solutions to clients.
