  1. Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate potential cyber threats for clients.
  2. Provide technical expertise and leadership on cybersecurity best practices and emerging threats.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential weaknesses in clients' systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of cybersecurity protocols and procedures.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends in the industry to proactively address potential risks.
  6. Create and maintain incident response plans to effectively handle cyber attacks.
  7. Train and educate employees on cybersecurity protocols and procedures.
  8. Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify potential security breaches.
  9. Conduct forensic investigations and provide recommendations for remediation.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on security measures and address any concerns.
  11. Manage and maintain relationships with third-party cybersecurity vendors.
  12. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for data protection and information security.
  13. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  14. Lead and mentor junior cybersecurity team members.
  15. Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management on cybersecurity status and potential risks.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Threats And Vulnerabilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Different Types Of Cyber Threats, Attack Vectors, And Vulnerabilities, And Be Able To Anticipate And Mitigate Them Effectively.

  • Experience In Threat Management And Incident Response: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Managing Cybersecurity Incidents, Including Triaging, Containment, And Remediation. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices For Incident Response.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Cybersecurity Threat Management Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Network Security, Endpoint Security, Intrusion Detection, And Forensics. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Technical Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead A Team Of Cybersecurity Professionals, So They Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Common Goals.

  • Communication And Stakeholder Management: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role, As The Candidate Will Need To Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Other External Stakeholders.
