The ideal candidate must possess a combination of technical and communication skills to provide exceptional service to our customers and partners.The Cloud Services Platform Support Engineer will be responsible for providing operational, technical and business support for the Cloud Services Platform. This individual must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience. Additionally, experience with cloud services, automation, scripting, and application development is preferred.The individual in this role must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients; and the capability to work with a global team.
