Job Description

At Ernst & Young/ EY, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Operations Manager - Health to join our team. We are looking for a leader who can ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of our health services team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare and will bring an innovative approach to the management and delivery of our services. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare management, or a related field. They must also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. In addition, our ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a track record of success in developing and managing a healthcare team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the health services team.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare team and make necessary changes to improve operations.
  3. Act as a mentor and leader to the healthcare team to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and control healthcare costs while ensuring quality of services.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the healthcare team to follow.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in the community.
  7. Participate in meetings with other healthcare professionals to discuss current and potential healthcare services.
  8. Establish and maintain effective communication with healthcare staff, patients, and families.
  9. Ensure healthcare team members are trained and knowledgeable on all regulations and laws governing healthcare.
  10. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new healthcare staff.
