  1. Conduct research and analysis to understand clients' business objectives and challenges.
  2. Develop and implement business intelligence strategies to support clients' goals and improve their overall performance.
  3. Collaborate with clients and other team members to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports that effectively communicate insights and drive decision-making.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques.
  6. Communicate complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Conduct training sessions and provide support to clients on using business intelligence tools and interpreting data.
  8. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  9. Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and provide feedback to improve processes and workflows.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company standards and policies.
  11. Continuously strive to improve data quality and accuracy.
  12. Travel to client sites as needed to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Bi Consultants At Ernst & Young Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Key Insights And Trends To Help Clients Make Informed Business Decisions.

  • Proficiency In Bi Tools And Technologies: Candidates Should Have Experience With Popular Bi Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, And Qlikview, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing And Etl Processes.

  • Business Acumen: Bi Consultants At Ernst & Young Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Industries And The Ability To Apply Their Technical Knowledge To Provide Valuable Insights For Clients.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Clients And Collaborate With Team Members.

  • Project Management Experience: Bi Consultants Must Have Experience Managing Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Resources, And Adapt To Changing Project Requirements.
