Job Qualifications
  • Cpa Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Transaction Forensics, Specifically With Sale And Purchase Agreements.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Due Diligence And Analysis.

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
