Responsibilities:
- Perform external audits in accordance with EY's policies and procedures and applicable accounting standards.
- Lead and manage a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support in executing audit engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Review and analyze client financial statements and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to clients and EY leadership, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in accounting standards, and apply them to client engagements.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with other EY service lines and teams to provide integrated solutions to clients.
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and developing proposals.
- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the team and the broader EY network.
- Adhere to EY's quality and risk management guidelines, ensuring all work is performed with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance client service delivery.
- Act as a role model for EY's values and behaviors, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In External Auditing, Preferably At A Big Four Accounting Firm
Cpa Certification Or In The Process Of Obtaining Cpa License
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Auditing Standards
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Team Members.
