- Develop and drive EY's global sustainability and geopolitical strategy, aligning it with the firm's overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze global political trends and developments that may impact EY's sustainability efforts and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and policies that align with EY's values and objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability and geopolitical issues, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and clients.
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability and geopolitical topics, producing reports and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability and geopolitical strategy, and incorporate them into EY's approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and industry leaders, to advance EY's sustainability agenda.
- Act as a spokesperson for EY on sustainability and geopolitical issues, representing the firm in public forums and media appearances.
- Lead and mentor a team of sustainability and geopolitical professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and development.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for sustainability and geopolitical projects and initiatives.
- Continuously track and report on key performance indicators and metrics to measure the impact of EY's sustainability efforts.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities related to sustainability and geopolitics, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and other events to share EY's sustainability and geopolitical expertise and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with other teams within EY, such as the Corporate Responsibility team, to ensure alignment and integration of sustainability efforts across the firm.
- Uphold EY's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the role and foster a culture of inclusivity within the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Sustainability, Environmental Studies, International Relations, Or Public Policy.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Sustainability And Geopolitical Issues, Preferably In A Global Setting.
Strong Understanding Of International Policies And Regulations Related To Sustainability And Geopolitics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
