- Lead and manage projects related to sustainability and geopolitics, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other forums to share knowledge and best practices in sustainability and geopolitics.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to align sustainability and geopolitics with other business objectives.
- Maintain a high level of ethical standards and adhere to regulatory requirements related to sustainability and geopolitics.

Knowledge Of Sustainability And Geopolitical Issues: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Sustainability And Geopolitical Issues, Including Climate Change, Energy Policies, And International Trade Agreements.
Experience In Public Policy: A Successful Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Public Policy, Preferably In A Global Context. This Experience Should Include Developing And Implementing Public Policy Strategies And Engaging With Government Officials And Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Research Skills: The Associate Director Will Be Responsible For Conducting In-Depth Research And Analysis On Complex Sustainability And Geopolitical Issues. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Synthesize Information From Various Sources.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management: This Role Will Involve Extensive Communication And Engagement With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Policymakers, Industry Leaders, And Ngos. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
Team Management Skills: As A Leader In The Global Public Policy Team, The Associate Director Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Professionals. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
