  1. Provide legal advice and support to clients on complex transactional and governance matters.
  2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
  4. Advise clients on potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other attorneys, business leaders, and external stakeholders, to achieve desired outcomes for clients.
  6. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and assess their potential impact on clients' business operations.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service at all times.
  8. Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including client pitches and presentations, to expand the firm's legal services.
  10. Represent the firm in external legal forums and maintain a positive reputation within the legal community.
  11. Ensure compliance with all ethical standards and maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all legal matters.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline legal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm's business objectives and provide strategic legal advice to support them.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation.
  15. Uphold the firm's values and culture and act as a role model for other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Transactions And Governance, Preferably At A Top Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Governance Principles And Regulations, Including Sec And Stock Exchange Rules

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Negotiating Complex Transactions, Such As Mergers And Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, And Divestitures

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Professionals.
