- Lead and manage the CNS Support Services (Acquisitions) team in providing guidance and support to clients during the acquisition process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients' leadership teams to understand their strategic objectives and provide tailored support.
- Utilize expertise in M&A transactions to effectively advise clients on integration and post-merger activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and efficient integration solutions for clients.
- Analyze and assess potential risks and challenges during the acquisition process and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for efficient and effective integration processes.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders on industry trends and best practices related to M&A transactions.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities in M&A transactions and client service.
- Collaborate with other Assistant Directors and Directors to drive overall business growth and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Procurement Or Sourcing Department.
Expertise In Contract Negotiations, Vendor Management, And Cost Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Accounting Principles, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Forecasting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
