  10. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their technical skills and industry knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Certification As An Associate Or Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Soa) Or The Casualty Actuarial Society (Cas).

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Consulting, Preferably Within The Insurance Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Concepts To Clients And Collaborate With Team Members.
