Welcome to Ernest Health's Walk In Wednesday Hiring Event! We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team on the night shift.   1. Greet and welcome candidates at the Walk In Wednesday Hiring Event.
  2. Identify and communicate the current need for Certified Nursing Assistants on the night shift.
  3. Explain the role and responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant within Ernest Health.
  4. Emphasize the importance of compassion and dedication in providing quality care to patients.
  5. Provide details about the full-time position, including salary and benefits package.
  6. Review the necessary qualifications for the position and ensure candidates meet them.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Applicants Must Hold A Valid Cna Certification To Be Considered For The Full Time Cnas Night Shift Position.

  • Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience As A Cna In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.

  • Availability For Night Shifts: The Position Requires The Ability To Work Night Shifts, And Candidates Must Be Available To Work During These Hours.
