- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical records system.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of patient documentation.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
