Therapy Rehab Aide PRN

Ernest Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapy Rehab Aide PRN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitative services to individuals with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists in providing rehabilitation services to patients with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.

• Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols.

• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports.

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients.

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to therapists.

• Provide emotional and physical support for patients in activities of daily living.

• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.

• Assist in the development and implementation of patient and family education programs.

• Participate in professional development activities and team meetings.

• Follow all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
