Therapy Rehab Aide PRN

Ernest Health is seeking an experienced Therapy Rehab Aide PRN to join our dynamic team of Rehab professionals. The Therapy Rehab Aide PRN will be responsible for providing support to the therapy team and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the therapy team in providing excellent care to patients.
2. Ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care.
3. Observe and monitor patient progress during therapy sessions.
4. Document patient progress and report any concerns to the therapy team.
5. Assist with patient transfers, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
8. Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure a successful patient experience.
9. Follow all safety protocols and HIPAA regulations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the therapy team.
