Ernest Health is currently looking for a Telemetry Monitor Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring vital patient data within our leading healthcare center and responding to any changes as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are looking for a candidate with a strong combination of medical knowledge and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical facility, and a degree in medical technology or a related field. They should be comfortable working with complex medical equipment, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor vital patient data within the healthcare center and respond to any changes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  2. Utilize complex medical equipment to accurately assess patient data.
  3. Provide excellent patient care in accordance with standards and guidelines.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient data.
  5. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding patient data.
  6. Troubleshoot any technical issues with medical equipment.
  7. Ensure that all medical equipment is properly calibrated and functioning.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work space.
  10. Provide assistance to nursing staff with patient care as needed.
