- Attend and actively participate in Walk-in Interview/Open House event on Wednesdays.
- Provide excellent customer service to all potential candidates attending the event.
- Promote the company and its values to potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the job.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fill staffing needs.
- Explain job responsibilities and requirements to candidates.
- Answer any questions and provide additional information about the company and the job.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere during the event.
- Accurately document and track candidate information.
- Follow up with potential candidates after the event.
- Continuously seek out potential candidates through various recruitment methods.
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure all necessary paperwork and processes are completed for new hires.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and represent it in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market competition.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Active Rn Or Lpn License: Candidates Must Hold A Current And Active Registered Nurse Or Licensed Practical Nurse License In The State Where The Facility Is Located.
Minimum Education And Experience: Rn Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Nursing, While Lpn Candidates Should Have A Diploma Or Certificate From An Accredited Nursing Program. Both Positions Require A Minimum Of One Year Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Clinical Skills: Candidates Must Possess Strong Clinical Skills And Be Able To Provide Quality Patient Care In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes The Ability To Assess Patients, Administer Medications, And Perform Other Nursing Duties As Needed.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: Rns And Lpns At Ernest Health Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members. They Must Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Others To Provide The Best Possible Care For Patients.
