  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  12. Communicate effectively and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  14. Fulfill all job responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Associate's Degree Or Higher In Respiratory Therapy From An Accredited Program.

  • Valid State License Or Certification As A Respiratory Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In An Acute Care Hospital.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Respiratory Care Techniques, Equipment, And Protocols.
