- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Active Rn License: The Candidate Should Have A Valid And Current Registered Nursing License In The State Where The Facility Is Located.
Minimum Education And Experience: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Nursing And At Least One Year Of Experience As A Registered Nurse Is Typically Required For A Prn Position.
Strong Clinical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Clinical Skills And Be Able To Provide Quality Patient Care, Including Administering Medication, Performing Assessments, And Monitoring Patient Progress.
Flexibility And Availability: As A Prn Position, The Candidate Should Be Available To Work On An As-Needed Basis, Including Weekends And Holidays. Flexibility In Scheduling And The Ability To Work Varied Shifts Is Also Important.
Team Player: The Candidate Should Be A Team Player And Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide The Best Possible Care For Patients. Good Communication Skills And The Ability To Adapt To Different Working Environments Are Also Important.
