Valid Rn License: To Work As A Registered Nurse At Ernest Health, Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Where The Facility Is Located.
Minimum Education And Experience: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Nursing And At Least Two Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Acute Care Setting.
Bls/Acls Certification: A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification Is Required For The Prn Registered Nurse Position At Ernest Health.
Strong Clinical Skills: Candidates Must Possess Strong Clinical Skills And Be Able To Assess, Plan, Implement, And Evaluate Patient Care In Accordance With Hospital Policies And Procedures.
Flexibility And Availability: As A Prn Position, The Registered Nurse Must Be Willing And Able To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends And Holidays, And Have The Availability To Work On Short Notice To Fill Staffing Needs.
