  9. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  10. Continuously assess and improve nursing practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  12. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in nursing practice.
  13. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  14. Collaborate with community resources to support patients' ongoing care and recovery.
  15. Promote a culture of healing and wellness within the healthcare facility and among patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Associate's Degree In Nursing (Adn) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience, Preferably In An Acute Care Or Rehabilitation Setting.

  • Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
