We are currently seeking a friendly, organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our facility, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.   1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries.
  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
  4. Schedule appointments and maintain a daily schedule for the facility.
  5. Register new patients and assist with completing necessary paperwork.
  6. Verify insurance information and collect co-payments as needed.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
  12. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  13. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer service and patient satisfaction.
