- Provide compassionate care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Assist therapists and healthcare professionals in the delivery of rehabilitation services.
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor and report patient progress to the therapy team.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help patients with mobility and exercise routines as directed by therapists.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.

Relevant Education And Training: A Prn Patient Care Tech-Therapy Job At Ernest Health Requires A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, As Well As Additional Training In Patient Care, Therapy And/Or Rehabilitation.
Previous Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Therapy Or Rehabilitation Department.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Prn Patient Care Tech-Therapy, One Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: This Role Requires Individuals Who Can Multitask And Handle A High Volume Of Patients In A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Environment.
