  1. Provide compassionate and skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a PRN capacity.
  2. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
  3. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional care to patients.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment.
  6. Adhere to professional and ethical standards set by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  7. Possess a valid COTA certification and maintain required continuing education credits.
  8. Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current on industry advancements and best practices.
  9. Provide education and support to patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
  10. Display flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  11. Work collaboratively with other PRN staff and full-time employees to ensure seamless patient care.
  12. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times.
  13. Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols.
  14. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
