  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.
  2. Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, exercises, and modalities as prescribed by a licensed physical therapist.
  3. Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  4. Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and implement individualized discharge plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on home exercises and techniques to continue progress outside of therapy sessions.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  7. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  8. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals involved in their care.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, following infection control and safety protocols.
  11. Advocate for patients and their needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  12. Attend team meetings and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in physical therapy techniques.
  14. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to physical therapy practice.
  15. Act as a positive representative of the company, promoting its mission, values, and services in a professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Acute Care Setting.

  • Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant (Pta) From An Accredited Program.

  • Current State Licensure Or Certification As A Pta.

  • Knowledge Of Current Physical Therapy Practices And Techniques, Including Exercise Prescription And Modalities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team.
