Responsibilities:

1. Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with pharmacy regulations and laws.
2. Provide expert advice and recommendations to patients and their families about the appropriate use of medications.
3. Monitor patient drug therapies and provide proactive interventions to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
4. Perform drug utilization reviews and medication reconciliations.
5. Maintain patient medication profiles and accurately document all medication orders.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical developments and pharmacy regulations.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
9. Maintain accurate inventory and place orders for medications as needed.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and ensure a positive patient experience.
