Payor Relations Specialist

Ernest Health is now looking for an experienced and motivated Payor Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the existing payor base and is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in the health care industry.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care contracting, network development, or payor relations, and a proven track record of success in payor relations. The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with payors, providers, and other stakeholders is essential. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with payors, providers, and other stakeholders.
2. Negotiate and execute contracts with payors.
3. Monitor and analyze payor contracts.
4. Manage existing payor relationships to ensure positive outcomes.
5. Research and analyze payor trends and developments.
6. Develop strategies to improve payor relationships.
7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of payor regulations and policies.
8. Prepare and submit reports to management regarding the status of payor relationships.
9. Provide excellent customer service to payors and other stakeholders.
10. Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members.
