  1. Provide direct patient care: As a PCT, your main responsibility will be to provide direct care to patients under the supervision and guidance of a registered nurse or physician. This may include assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients.
  2. Monitor patient progress: It will be your responsibility to closely monitor and document any changes in patients' condition, as well as report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. This will help ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe environment: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols, sanitizing equipment and surfaces, and adhering to safety procedures.
  4. Assist with patient procedures: You may be required to assist healthcare professionals with various procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and medication administration. This will require attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  5. Communicate effectively: As a PCT, you will be responsible for communicating with patients, their families, and healthcare team members. This will involve using effective verbal and written communication skills to provide updates, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare team: You will work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients. This will involve effective teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow direction.
  7. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality: It will be your responsibility to protect and uphold the rights and privacy of patients at all times. This includes maintaining confidentiality of patient information and following HIPAA regulations.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and education: To enhance your skills and knowledge, you will be expected to participate in ongoing training and education opportunities. This will help you provide the best care possible to our patients.

Job Qualifications
