- Provide direct patient care: The Patient Care Tech will be responsible for providing hands-on care to patients, including assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and performing basic medical procedures.
- Support the healthcare team: The PCT will work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This may include assisting with procedures, documenting patient information, and communicating with the team about patient needs.
- Maintain a high level of compassion and empathy: As a key member of the healthcare team, the PCT must have a strong sense of compassion and empathy for patients.
