  1. Provide hands-on care and support to patients during their stay in the hospital.
  2. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  3. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  4. Administer medication and assist with medical procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.
  5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control and safety protocols.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
  7. Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
  8. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and processes.
  10. Attend training and educational sessions to stay current on healthcare practices and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  12. Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and empathy towards patients and their families.
  13. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  14. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  15. Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
