  1. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients in a healthcare setting.
  2. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
  4. Collaborate with nurses and therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  5. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  6. Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Assist with patient transportation and transfers.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  9. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain inventory and stock supplies as needed.
  12. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the facility.
  13. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  14. Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude towards patients and coworkers.
  15. Continuously strive to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Patient Care Technician (Pct) Training Program.

  • Minimum Of High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Current Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) From The American Heart Association.

  • Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Long-Term Care Facility.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
