  1. Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals.
  2. Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, and ambulation to promote patient comfort and well-being.
  3. Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant patient information.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized patient environment to ensure a safe and sanitary space for patients.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to provide quality care and support.
  6. Collaborate with nurses and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  7. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families, and provide emotional support as needed.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  9. Participate in educational opportunities and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the healthcare field.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Completed Nursing Program: A Qualified Candidate Should Have Completed A Recognized Nursing Program, Such As An Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Nursing.

  • State Licensure: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Active Nursing License In The State Where The Facility Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Practicing As A Nurse.

  • Cpr Certification: The Candidate Must Have A Current Cpr Certification From An Accredited Organization, Such As The American Heart Association. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Trained In Lifesaving Techniques And Can Respond To Emergency Situations.

  • Patient Care Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Providing Direct Patient Care In A Healthcare Setting. This Could Include Internships, Clinical Rotations, Or Previous Employment As A Nursing Assistant Or Patient Care Technician.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Nursing Students Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Listen Attentively, Convey Information Clearly, And Show Empathy Towards Patients.
