
Night Shift -LPN

- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients during night shift hours.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient vitals and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and team members.
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in patient education and support to promote optimal health and well-being.
- Continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training.

- Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Remain calm and composed during emergencies and effectively handle crisis situations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and compassionate nursing practice.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in nursing practice.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Current Lpn License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Setting.
Ability To Work Overnight Shifts And Adjust To Changing Schedules.
Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records And Documentation.
