  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients at our facility.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document all patient interactions accurately.
  3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse supervisor.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  7. Ensure patient safety and comfort by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  8. Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledge.
  9. Uphold ethical and professional standards of nursing practice at all times.
  10. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues, patients, and their families.
  11. Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced nursing staff.
  12. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures and regulatory standards.
  13. Continuously strive for excellence in providing high-quality patient care.
  14. Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity for all patients.
  15. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid License As A Licensed Practical Nurse In The State Where The Facility Is Located.

  • Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience As An Lpn In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.

  • Basic Life Support Certification: The Candidate Should Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) To Provide Emergency Care In Case Of Any Medical Emergencies.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary For Effective Communication With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Availability For Day Shift: The Candidate Should Have Availability To Work During The Day Shift, Which Typically Runs From 7 Am To 3 Pm, Monday Through Friday. Flexibility To Work Additional Shifts Or Weekends May Also Be Required.
