1. Lead and manage all IT projects at Ernest Health, from initiation to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.
4. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and senior management.
5. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed.
7. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for project execution and delivery.
8. Manage project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.
9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team cohesion and productivity.
10. Continuously monitor and improve project management processes and procedures.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into projects.
12. Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
13. Mentor and train junior project management staff.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
