- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified and diverse candidates.
- Conduct thorough and fair employee evaluations and performance management processes.
- Handle employee relations and provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and lead training and development programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
- Manage the onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
- Handle and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the HR function.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective strategies are in place.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and equity.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at job fairs and other recruiting events.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
