  1. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and onboarding.
  3. Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  4. Manage employee relations and act as a mediator for conflicts, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  8. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous feedback.
  11. Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee performance and disciplinary actions.
  12. Conduct regular audits and analysis of human resources processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
  14. Oversee the maintenance of employee confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  15. Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the organization's values.
