1. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing new hire paperwork, and maintaining employee files.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Help coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
5. Support the recruitment and hiring process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
6. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
7. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees.
8. Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance HR processes.
12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.
14. Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
