
Human Resources Coordinator

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing new hire paperwork, and maintaining employee files.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Support the recruitment and hiring process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance HR processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Human Resources Principles And Practices Is Necessary For Success In This Role.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Familiarity With Healthcare Policies, Procedures, And Regulations Is Important For Understanding The Unique Needs And Challenges Of A Healthcare Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Is Crucial For Building Relationships And Maintaining A Positive And Productive Work Environment.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of Employment Laws, Such As Fmla, Ada, And Eeo, Is Essential For Ensuring Compliance And Avoiding Legal Issues.
