Welcome to Ernest Health, where we strive to provide exceptional patient care and support to those in need. We are currently seeking a skilled Housekeeper PRN to join our team on an as-needed basis. As a Housekeeper at Ernest Health, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and takes pride in their work.   1. Perform general cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
  2. Ensure all patient rooms, common areas, and other designated areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established protocols.
  3. Empty trash and replace with new liners in all designated areas.
  4. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in patient rooms and common areas.
  5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies are low or need to be ordered.
  6. Follow infection control procedures to prevent the spread of germs and diseases.
  7. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for repair.
  8. Handle and dispose of hazardous materials, such as used needles or blood spills, in a safe and proper manner.
  9. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing duties.
  10. Respect and maintain patient and employee confidentiality at all times.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  12. Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings as required.
  13. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a welcoming and caring environment for patients and staff.

Job Qualifications
