Job Description

As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.   1. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.
  2. Ensure that all patient rooms and common areas are kept in a clean and orderly manner.
  3. Handle and dispose of all waste and hazardous materials in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
  4. Restock and organize supplies, including linens, towels, and toiletries, as needed.
  5. Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
  6. Follow established cleaning and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to any inquiries or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of patients and their personal belongings.
  10. Attend and participate in all required training and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  11. Adhere to all safety regulations and use necessary precautions to prevent accidents and injuries.
  12. Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility.
  14. Follow all guidelines for handling and storing cleaning products and equipment.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
