  1. Oversee and manage the overall maintenance and upkeep of all Ernest Health facilities.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility management, safety, and environmental standards.
  4. Supervise and lead a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  5. Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses, repairs, and upgrades.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, and clinical teams, to ensure optimal facility operations.
  7. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
  8. Oversee the planning and execution of facility renovations, expansions, or new construction projects.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality services and materials at competitive prices.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management and implement new strategies as needed to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies during facility inspections and audits.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
